- Take a print of the online filled application form and submit it along with attested copies of documents, degrees, certificates, CNIC, Domicile, and four fresh passport-size colored photographs, which should reach the address given below.
- Candidates must attach a paid Bank Challan as the processing fee to the application form, in favor of the Treasurer of UHS.
- Rs. 2000/- for BPS-17 & above.
- The last date for submission of the application is February 16, 2026.
- Applications that are incomplete or received after the due date shall not be entertained.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
- Govt/Semi-Govt and Autonomous Bodies servants should apply through proper channels.
- The quota is reserved for 2% for disabled candidates and 5% for minorities.
