2025 Fulbright Scholar Program:

The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) invites applications for the 2025 Fulbright Scholar Program. This program funds up to 12 months of lectureship, post-doctoral research, or a combination of the two at a U.S. college or university. Persons selected are expected to share information about Pakistani society and culture with students, colleagues, and community groups in the United States. On returning to Pakistan, Fulbright scholars are expected to make a significant contribution to Pakistan’s development and share their U.S. experiences with students, colleagues, and others in Pakistan. Priority is given to faculty researchers in the early stages of their careers (2-7 years) from the completion of their Ph.D. or terminal degree.

Grant Benefits

The grant funds airfare, an incidental research allowance, a living stipend, and health insurance. The program also funds one accompanying dependent. USEFP will assist with the visa application process.

2025 Fulbright Scholar Program covers the following expenses:

• Airfare: Round-trip travel expenses to and from the United States.
• Incidental Research Allowance: Funds for necessary research-related expenses.
• Living Stipend: Monthly stipend to cover living costs during the grant period.
• Health Insurance: Coverage for health-related expenses during the program.
• Dependent Support: Financial assistance for one accompanying dependent (spouse or child).

Program Details

Duration: Up to 12 months
