USEFP Scholarships 2025
United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) is excited to announce the 2025 Global Undergraduate Semester Exchange Program for Pakistani students. This program aims to foster mutual understanding between the people of the United States and Pakistan by offering Pakistani undergraduate students a chance to experience a semester of full-time, non-degree academic study in the U.S.
Program Highlights USEFP 2025
Academic Experience: Participants will attend classes full-time and gain valuable insights into the U.S. education system.
Community Service: Students will also engage in community service activities, exposing them to the principles of social responsibility in the United States.
Eligibility Criteria
Citizenship: Must be a Pakistani citizen.
Age: Applicants should be between 18-24 years old by the application deadline.
Education: Must be currently enrolled in a college or university in Pakistan and committed to returning to their home institution after completing the program.
Academic Standing: Should be in their 14th year of formal education. Applicants must submit their current/most recent and old transcripts with the application.
Ineligibility
Dual U.S./Pakistani nationals or U.S. permanent residents.
Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Fulbright organization, U.S. Department of State, or USAID.
Students who have previously been to the United States on a J-visa or a U.S. government-funded grant.
Grant Benefits
Travel: Round-trip airfare.
Education: Coverage of tuition and fees.
Living Expenses: Housing, meals, and a monthly maintenance allowance.
Books: A limited allowance for books.
Healthcare: Accident and sickness coverage.
Special Considerations:
Applicants from underserved communities and/or those with diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply USEFP 2025.

Important Notes:
- All applications must be submitted online; paper copies will not be considered.
- All application materials, including degrees, transcripts, and certificates, must be uploaded with the online application.
- Selected candidates will be required to provide reference letters and take the Duolingo English Test.
